Disha Vakani Goes Missing From Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Again!

Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is conspicuous by her absence in the show, currently.
Disha who went on maternity leave in September last year gave birth to a baby
girl on November 30. After this, rumours were rife that Disha may not make a
comeback. However, she did- but only for a brief while in March. The makers did
not give any information in the media that why her track was stopped, yet
again.
We now have it
that the Taarak Mehta... crew is constantly trying to reach her to set up a
date for her re-entry, but she has been evading them. Seems, she wants to be a
hands-on mother for few more months at least (Think of it, why not? A mother's
life always revolves around her baby).

A source from the
production house (Neela Telefilms) told SpotboyE.com, "We are in touch with Disha to start her shoot. But
she has yet not given her consent. Considering her baby is very small, we are
willing to be understanding in terms of timing and schedule, like
they were in the last trimester of her pregnancy. But she wants to focus more
on her personal commitments at the moment. However, we have not given up. We
are still trying very hard to bring her back. She is a very important part of
our serial.”

FYI,
we had brought you Disha's pictures from the set when she resumed in March. But
a source informs us, that after that episode, Disha again requested for a
sabbatical to the producers. Seems, the leave period has got too long now (3
months) and the makers want her back ASAP. Let's see what happens.
Recently,
Disha also visited Tirupati Balaji with husband Mayur Padia and daughter Stuti
to seek blessings.
Also, Stuti's first pictures on social media made headilnes on Monday.
By
the way, Disha is not even attending Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah team's big
celebration tomorrow on the set to mark the milestone of the show having
completed an uninterrupted run of 2,500 episodes.
This
is certainly not good news for Disha's fans.
